Get introduced to whole foods, spices and herbs that have great taste and medicinal properties. We are combining nutrition and Rasa [taste] for each dosha type! Learn how to blend spices. We will make some seasonal spices and curry powder. You will make your own delicious way to Ayurvedic cooking. You will learn how to make six flavoured Khichadi, Veggie curry and coriander/raisin chutney.
