Ayurveda is indeed of profound knowledge, but it necessitates a lifestyle of dedication for one to also be a profound practitioner. Dedicated learning from readings, from hands-on training and from the student - teacher interaction will provide the practitioner with good skills.
However, a daily Yoga practice is recommended along with meditation, a healthy lifestyle and a wholesome diet. This develops deeper intuition, clear intention, and focused attention. According to yogic wisdom, ones ability to have intuition, intention and attention allows deeper connection within us and with each other.
It is highly recommended that the students have experienced the Ayurvedic Therapies and the Integrative Yoga Therapy sessions.
